Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service & Support Assistant:

• Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin
• Minimum typing speed: 50 WPM
• Computer-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills in-person and online
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities for theInsurance Customer Service & Support Assistant:

• Client Account Management: assist clients and potential clients on the phone and other platforms
• Quoting: You'll learn to be the architect and design the best insurance quotes for clients with excellent coverages and amazing prices
• Learn to collaborate with management and underwriting on Home, Auto, Business insurance
• Partnership Management: Maintain and develop agency relations with partners, vendors, underwriting and clients
