Job Title: Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator
Overview
The Fulfillment and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth order processing, managing customer returns, coordinating daily shipping activities, and maintaining accurate inventory reporting. This role supports the warehouse team and provides management with clear operational insights through regular reporting.
 
Key Responsibilities
  1. Order Processing
  2. Print Shopify orders and distribute them to pickers for fulfillment.
  3. Ensure accuracy in order documentation and workflow.
  4. Returns Management
  5. Process customer returns promptly and accurately.
  6. Maintain proper records of returned items and coordinate restocking or disposal.
  7. Logistics Coordination
  8. Track daily FedEx pickups and resolve any shipping delays or issues.
  9. Communicate with carriers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  10. Reporting & Inventory Control
  11. Prepare weekly cycle count reports and submit to management.
  12. Generate operational reports (orders processed, returns handled, shipping status).
  13. Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and discrepancies.
 
Team Support
 
Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and DC Supervisor.
Support continuous improvement in fulfillment processes.
 
Skills & Qualifications

  1. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  2. Bilingual in English and Spanish 
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  4. Basic knowledge of e?commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
  5. Familiarity with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
  6. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
  7. Good communication skills for team coordination and reporting
