    Bilingual Logistics and Inventory Control Coordinator

    A day in this role

    You start by reviewing the shipping queue and lining up priorities with Production and Planning based on customer commitments. As orders move, you keep products clearly separated by customer and job, verify counts and packaging, and ensure labels are correct before anything leaves the dock. Throughout the day, you load outbound parcels with UPS and FedEx, receive inbound materials, and keep inventory records accurate and current.

You coordinate multiple orders simultaneously without product mix-ups, and you collaborate cross-functionally to keep materials flowing smoothly.

    Core responsibilities

    • Execute daily outbound shipments with carriers including UPS and FedEx.
    • Load and unload inbound and outbound materials safely and efficiently.
    • Maintain tight inventory control for all incoming and outgoing parts and finished goods.
    • Keep strict separation between customer orders and manufacturing jobs at every step of shipping.
    • Verify, track, and document accurate inventory records.
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
    • Coordinate multiple customer orders at once while preventing any product mixing.
    • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment.
    • Confirm finished goods quantities, packaging, and labels before shipment.
    • Partner with Production and Planning to prioritize shipments per customer commitments and production schedules.
    • Read a tape measure and help build custom shipping crates.

    Qualifications

    • Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Background in shipping and inventory control.
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
    • Forklift experience (certification preferred).
    • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
    • Comfortable in an industrial metal fabrication setting.
    • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

    Work environment

    Industrial manufacturing setting; PPE is required. Overtime available.
