The Kyle MacVicar Allstate Agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our Issaquah, WA team!

This is a unique opportunity to combine customer service with insurance saleswithout cold calling! You'll work with our established customer base, assist clients with their insurance needs, and earn commissions by identifying opportunities to provide additional coverage.

What Youll Do

As a key member of our agency, youll serve as the first point of contact for our clientsboth over the phone and in personwhile delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow our business. This is a combination of servicing and selling to our current clients - no cold calling!

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to clients and prospects
• Answer inbound calls and greet walk-in customers professionally
• Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients have proper coverage
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products/services
• Generate new sales by cross-selling and upselling to existing clients
• Assist clients with billing questions, payments, and policy changes
• Support clients through the claims process with care and urgency
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities

• Washington Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
• Bilingual Spanish / English communication required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Self-starter who can problem solve independently
• Comfortable discussing coverage and making recommendations
• Must be willing to work full-time in-office (Issaquah, WA)
