Bilingual Client Intake Specialist (Japanese/English) 

On-Site | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $40,000/year + Bonus | Fort Lauderdale, FL

About the Role You'll be the first person Japanese-speaking clients talk to when they reach out about moving to the U.S. Every day you'll run 7–10 scheduled phone and Zoom consultations, in Japanese and English, to learn each client's goals and timeline and walk them through the immigration options that fit.

This isn't a translation job, and it isn't reading from a script. You lead the conversation, help the client see which path makes sense, and guide them to sign with us. If you're a natural at building trust and want to learn U.S. immigration from the inside, you'll grow fast here.

What You'll Do

• Run scheduled phone and Zoom consultations in Japanese and English
• Learn each client's background, goals, timeline, and urgency
• Explain possible immigration pathways and how our firm can help
• Guide clients to the next step and collect signed retainer agreements
• Follow up on new leads quickly. Speed wins clients.
• Take clear notes and keep the CRM updated every day
• Work closely with our attorneys, case managers, and intake team

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Fluent in Japanese and English, spoken and written
• Experience in sales, client consultations, or customer service
• Confident and professional on the phone and on Zoom
• Organized, punctual, and comfortable owning your own follow-ups
• Able to complete our Intake Specialist Readiness Program before your start date

Preferred

• Working knowledge of U.S. immigration pathways
• Experience with a CRM
• Background serving Japanese clients or businesses in the U.S.

Compensation $40,000 per year, plus health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and paid sick days.
