Bilingual Insurance Service Representative - Fluent in BOTH Spanish and English

Compensation:

• Base salary ranges: $50,000 - $60,000
• Overall possible yearly total compensation $55,000 - $65,000+
• BASE AND OVERALL COMPENSATION DETERMINED BY BACKGROUND, INTERVIEW, AND LICENSES

Experience Requirements & Qualifications:

• BILINGUAL: FULLY FLUENT IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH - Preferred
• Property & Casualty Insurance License - Required
• 1+ years of P&C insurance sales or service experience - Preferred
• Reliable, self owned, transportation - Required
• Within a 30 minute drive of Great Neck, NY 11021
• Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
• Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
• PC skills
• Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation
• Ability to jump into any task and go the extra mile
• Able to self regulate and motivate

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership of the entire customer experience from first contact to close of policies.
• Explore all new business opportunities while building referral relationships.
• Execute, plan and implement office processes.
• Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
• Assist in the process applications.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions, make changes to existing policies, seek out holes in coverage for the sales team to fill.
