Salary Range: $47000 - $52000 per year

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to explain policy options and help them find coverage that fits their lives.

Review existing policies with current clients, making sure they feel confident and well-protected.

Assist policyholders with changes, billing questions, or claims guidance with a focus on empathy and clarity.

Manage your daily workflow, including following up on quotes and keeping client records up to date.

Support our local Frederick office by providing consistent, high-quality service to everyone who walks through our doors or calls us.

Stay updated on product changes so you can always share accurate, helpful information with our community.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

Active Maryland Property and Casualty Producer license.

One year of experience in an insurance agency or customer service role.

Strong command of standard office software and agency management systems.

A clear, approachable communication style that helps people feel at ease.
