• Clearly explain policy options, coverage details, and pricing in both English and Spanish.
• Build rapport and establish trust with a diverse clientele.
• Process applications accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall office success.

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred. Licensing assistance available.
• Bilingual is require.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
