Compensation:
Base salary ranges: $35,000 - $40,000
Overall possible yearly total compensation $70,000 - $140,000+

Experience Requirements & Qualifications:
- BILINGUAL: Fluent in both Spanish and English - Preferred
- Property & Casualty Insurance License - Required
- 1+ years of Farmers Insurance product sales - Preferred
- 1+ years of P&C insurance sales experience - Preferred
- Reliable Internet connection and a quiet, professional, place to work - Required
- Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
- PC skills
- Possess a genuine and willingness to learn and be coachable
- Excellent skills in communication and presentation
- Ability to jump into any task and go the extra mile
- Able to self regulate and motivate - we dont want to have to remind you every day why youre working
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enhance insurance agency reputation by accepting ownership of the entire customer experience from first contact to close of policies.
- Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships.
- Execute, plan and implement office processes.
- Maintain reports and records of insurance policies.
- Process applications.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and answer questions and make changes to existing policies.
All agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Any agents employees are not employees of a corporate parent company. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.**
Salary Range: $70000.00 - $140000.00 per year
