Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients to our Agency by building personalized solutions for their Auto, Property and Life Insurance.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Offer bundle opportunities to become our customer's One stop shop for Insurance.
• Most of the interactions are done through phone calls, but we also give them the flexibility to communicate through email, text, video calls and in person.
• Network with potential business partners such as Realtors, Lenders, car dealerships, and expand your professional connections through social media.

• For the opportunity to work remote, you need to have successful Allstate Insurance Sales experience
• Excellent Communication skills in English and Spanish.
• An active Property & Casualty License in Texas. Also a Life & Health License is required later down the road to offer Life Insurance Products.
• Positive personality, be coachable and self driven.
