Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Customer service and billing
  • Initializing claim process
  • Scheduling annual review of customer portfolios
  • Cross selling current book of business

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Build and maintain qualified customer relationships
  • Willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows application
