Your responsibilities will include:Quoting, selling, and servicing personal and commercial insurance policiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clientsIdentifying customer needs and recommending appropriate coverage optionsExplaining policy features, coverages, and endorsements clearly and accuratelyProcessing policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellationsFollowing up on leads and generating new business opportunitiesMaintaining accurate customer records and documentationProviding exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with Texas insurance regulationsAs one of the first points of contact for our clients, you'll combine industry knowledge with outstanding communication skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
