Responsibilities
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Assisting customers promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
- Collaborating with team members to promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend insurance policies that meet their unique needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Must have Personal Lines or P&C licensed
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
- A positive and inviting attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
