Active P&C License: Must hold a valid, active state Property & Casualty insurance license.

Bilingual Fluency: Must be 100% fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Agency Experience: Minimum 12 years of proven, verifiable experience inside an insurance agency.

Professional Drive: Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and a desire to earn advanced training.
