Inside Sales Representative – Produce Division

Diaz Foods is seeking a motivated Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our Produce Division. In this role, you will build relationships with new and existing customers, increase sales, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of our produce department.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone and in person.

• Process customer orders and provide product, pricing, and inventory information.

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.

• Contact current and prospective customers to promote products and increase sales.

• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain accurate customer records and pricing information.

• Process cash and check payments.

• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience required.

• Fresh produce industry experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent computer and organizational skills.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
