Pediatric Hygiene Assistant
Dentistry for Children – Gainesville, GA
Dentistry for Children is seeking an experienced Pediatric Hygiene Assistant to join our Gainesville team. This position supports our hygienists while helping maintain an efficient and positive experience for our pediatric patients.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday, 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Friday: 7:15 AM – 2:30 PM.
- One Saturday per month.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Pediatric dental experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist in other areas as needed.
Responsibilities include: Assisting the hygienist, preparing patients and treatment rooms, taking X-rays as permitted, performing chart prep, documenting patient information, maintaining infection-control standards, turning over rooms, and supporting efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
