    Lead HR Operations for a Growing Distribution Environment

    The Resource is hiring a Bilingual HR Supervisor (Spanish/English) for our client in Flower Mound, Texas. This is a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional who thrives in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment and enjoys supporting employees, managers, and business operations.

    This role serves as a key HR partner, overseeing recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, and have prior leadership experience within a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resources Operations
    • Manage daily HR functions, including employee records, HRIS administration, compliance, and personnel documentation.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including timekeeping verification and payroll reporting.
    • Monitor employee attendance, performance trends, and workforce metrics while identifying potential concerns.
    • Maintain accurate employee files and records in HRIS and payroll systems.
    Recruiting & Onboarding
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, non-exempt, and temporary employees.
    • Coordinate candidate sourcing, interviews, background screenings, and onboarding activities.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation and integration into the organization.
    • Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives.
    Benefits Administration
    • Administer employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, and wellness plans.
    • Process benefit-related documentation and vendor invoices.
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, eligibility questions, and coverage changes.
    • Manage employee leaves of absence and provide guidance regarding available leave options.
    Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Support managers and employees in resolving routine employee relations matters.
    • Interpret company policies and procedures while ensuring consistent application across the workforce.
    • Assist with disciplinary processes, documentation, and performance management initiatives.
    • Promote a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Support OSHA reporting requirements and workplace safety programs.
    Reporting & Analytics
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports.
    • Generate headcount reports, census data, organizational charts, turnover reports, and benefits metrics.
    • Analyze workforce data to support business decisions and operational planning.
    • Utilize Excel and HRIS systems to extract, manipulate, and present critical HR information.
    Employee Engagement & Culture
    • Coordinate employee meetings, trainings, celebrations, community events, and recognition programs.
    • Support initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.
    • Collaborate with leadership to reinforce company mission, values, and workplace objectives.
    Required Qualifications
    • Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
    • Experience supporting multiple HR functions including payroll, recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
    • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and workplace regulations.
    Required Technical Skills
    • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Paycom experience preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including:
      • Excel
      • Word
      • Outlook
      • PowerPoint
    • Ability to create reports, analyze workforce data, and manage spreadsheets with formulas and reporting functions.
