    We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong administrative skills, and wants to learn more about recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and other areas of Human Resources.

    In this role, you will often be the first person applicants and employees speak with when they contact or visit the Human Resources Department. You will help create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the department’s daily operations.

     

    What You Will Do

    • Answer incoming phone calls and direct questions to the appropriate team member.
    • Greet and assist applicants and employees who visit the Human Resources office.
    • Respond to general questions in both English and Spanish.
    • Help applicants complete applications and employment documents.
    • Assist with interview scheduling, new-hire paperwork, and onboarding preparation.
    • Distribute required personal protective equipment to employees and new hires.
    • Maintain accurate records of PPE distribution and available supplies.
    • Scan, organize, upload, and file employee and applicant documents.
    • Help identify missing documents and maintain organized personnel records.
    • Assist the Human Resources team with correspondence, reports, employee communications, and special projects.
    • Learn additional Human Resources responsibilities as your knowledge and experience grow.
     

    What We Are Looking For

    • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Friendly, professional, and comfortable assisting a variety of people.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
    • Able to manage several tasks in a busy work environment.
    • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic Microsoft Office programs.
    • Able to protect confidential employee and company information.
    • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
    • Interested in developing a long-term career in Human Resources.

    Previous administrative, receptionist, customer service, recruiting, or Human Resources experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates with strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in learning.
