We are seeking a Bilingual HR Manager Consultant to support a distribution center in Flower Mound, TX. This is a hands-on HR role for an experienced professional who is comfortable working independently and managing a broad range of HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers, including employee relations.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, staffing, and workforce planning.
- Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS processes.
- Manage and support benefits and leave administration.
- Assist with performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries.
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Field, or a Human Resource Certification.
- Five (5) years of Human Resources administration experience is required.
- Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll/timekeeping, HRIS, benefits, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience with HRIS and payroll systems is required, i.e UKG preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
