Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and organizing orientation sessions. Help administer employee benefits and respond to routine employee inquiries. Assist with basic employee relations tasks and HR administrative duties. Support HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and events. Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development activities. Help maintain compliance with labor laws and HR policies. Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Handle routine administrative tasks like filing, document management, and correspondence. Qualificationsarrow_right Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Familiarity with HR systems and databases is an advantage. Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws. Good organizational and time management skills.
