Bilingual HR Generalist

This is a hands-on role supporting a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compliance, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. We’re partnering with a growing company seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a resource to both employees and management.

Bilingual HR Generalist
Location: Coppell, TX
Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday (8:00–5:00)

We’re partnering with a growing company seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a resource to both employees and management.

This is a hands-on role supporting a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compliance, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Support payroll processing and related payroll activities
• Handle employee relations matters and respond to employee HR questions
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding
• Support benefits administration, enrollment, and employee benefits questions
• Manage FMLA paperwork and support leave administration
• Support workers’ compensation tracking and reporting
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR system information
• Prepare HR reports based on management and business needs
• Support employee and manager training and performance management activities
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
• Support recruiting and employment-related activities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Hands-on payroll experience
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• HR Generalist or HR Coordinator background with broad, hands-on HR experience
• Experience with employee relations, onboarding, benefits, FMLA/leave, and HR compliance
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and procedures
• Experience working with an HRIS/HRMS or similar HR system
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Coppell, TX
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communication, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Rippling experience is a plus
• Relevant HR certification or education and experience qualifying the candidate to obtain an HR certification
