TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our client located in Austell, GA!

Job Summary

Job Details:
- Shift: Monday- Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)
- Pay: $24-$26/hr
-Job Type: Temporary (3 month contract)
-Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in our HR team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates who will report to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
- Assisting in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared for their roles.
- Managing employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Supporting performance management processes and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

Qualifications:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 4 years in HR or related fields.
-Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and federal and state regulations, filing, compliance, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, ADA Medicare, Social Security, Workers Compensation, and DOL requirements
-Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
-Proficent in Microsoft Office Suite
-SHRM certification/PHR preferred
-Experience with full-cycle recruiting
