Bilingual Housekeeper - Resort

Job Summary
We are hiring dependable and hardworking Bilingual Housekeepers to join a busy resort housekeeping team. Candidates must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish and provide friendly, professional service to guests.
This is a physically active position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to resort standards
- Change bed linens, towels, and other room supplies
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and living areas
- Restock housekeeping carts and room amenities
- Remove used linens and trash promptly
- Report damaged, broken, or missing items to management
- Follow proper procedures for cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests
- Follow all safety, housekeeping, and property procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable standing, bending, walking, and performing repetitive cleaning duties
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must wear closed-toe shoes and follow uniform requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
Schedules vary based on occupancy and daily workload. Typical housekeeping start time is around 10:00 AM. Weekend availability is required.
Bilingual English and Spanish communication is required for this position.
