Bilingual Group Leader

ResourceMFG has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Group Lead - Tampa Bay Area Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift

Location: Tampa Bay: located inside of Sabal Park

ResourceMFG is currently seeking a dedicated Group Lead to join a local manufacturer in the Tampa 33619 area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a dynamic work environment. This is a second shift 3PM-12AM $18/hr opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Provide attention and support to associates on the production floor.
• Distribute work assignments, address inquiries, and monitor accuracy and quality for fiber optic cable assemblers.
• Generate daily reports and maintain order tracking systems on the production floor.
• Collaborate closely with the production manager to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Translate documents and emails from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Utilize computer skills to facilitate job duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Proficiency in reading and translating English documents and emails.
• Computer literate with the ability to operate necessary software.
• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
