Are you friendly, organized, and great with people? We’re looking for a Bilingual English/Spanish Front Office Assistant to join a professional team and serve as the first point of contact for visitors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome guests and help create a positive first impression
• Answer phones, respond to questions, and connect people with the right team members
• Help customers understand available programs and how to get started
• Enter and update information in company systems
• Assist with paperwork, emails, filing, and other office tasks
• Keep the front desk organized and help maintain a smooth daily operation
• Work with a variety of people while handling sensitive information professionally

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish is REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of professional work experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable learning new computer systems and using Microsoft Office
• Dependable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Professional, approachable, and positive attitude

Midtown Tulsa
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
