We're a top Cosmetic Surgery practice looking for an exceptional Bilingual Front Desk/Medical Assistant to join our team. The right candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping patients feel welcome and informed throughout their cosmetic surgery journey.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out processes.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk organization.
Collect and verify patient information.
Prepare treatment rooms and assist medical staff with procedures.
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory of office supplies.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a medical assistant.in Texas
Bilingual required.
3-5 years experience in a medical office or cosmetic surgery setting required.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Nextech preferred.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Team player with positive disposition
