About the Role: Carmona Medical Care Inc is looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Cape Coral, FL. Responsibilities: - Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner in both English and Spanish
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays at time of service
- Maintain and update accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Communicate effectively between patients and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and correspondence with professionalism and empathy
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and medical documentation
Requirements: - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
- Prior experience in a medical front desk, receptionist, or healthcare administrative role preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification, and EHR systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
- Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical administrative certification a plus
