Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Bilingual Fence Installer to assist with installing residential and commercial fencing in the Lakeland, Florida area. This position requires hands-on construction or outdoor labor experience, the ability to use basic tools, and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of residential and commercial fencing.
Measure, mark, dig, set posts, and install fence panels, gates, and related materials.
Use hand tools, power tools, post-hole diggers, levels, and measuring equipment.
Load, unload, move, and stage fencing materials and equipment.
Follow job site instructions, layouts, and supervisor direction.
Communicate with team members, supervisors, and customers in English and Spanish.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures while working outdoors and using tools or equipment.
Perform other construction, installation, or labor-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Previous fence installation, construction, landscaping, carpentry, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions.
Ability to lift, carry, bend, dig, stand, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation required.
