This is an hourly position in a flexible, welcoming, and supportive office environment. As our Client Service Specialist, you will manage day-to-day client service needs, help resolve policy questions, and play an important role in strengthening client relationships and improving retention.

Currently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance

Salary Range: $37450.00 - $43750.00 per year

Responsibilities

• As a Client Service Specialist, you will be providing world-class service to our existing policyholders by managing phone calls, assisting with billing, processing new business transactions, and handling cross-selling opportunities. Bonuses are based on referrals, customer reviews, agency growth and retention.

• Licensed P&C
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly phone presence and customer-first mindset
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software (CRM experience a plus)
• Ability to learn insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures
