Qualifications:
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit experience preferred.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
Experience handling bodily injury claims and insurance negotiations.
Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
