Bilingual Electrical Superintendent

HM Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Bilingual Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical crews on a large-scale commercial/industrial project in Spartanburg, SC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and daily jobsite activities
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules
• Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications and electrical codes
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety requirements
• Track project progress and productivity
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule
• Maintain quality workmanship and meet project deadlines

Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical experience preferred
• Previous Electrical Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead experience required
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical background
• Strong leadership and crew-management skills
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards
• OSHA 30 Required
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to the Spartanburg, SC jobsite
