BILINGUAL DISASTER RELIEF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

English / Spanish | 100% ONSITE | COLUMBUS, OH ONLY

PAY: $22.13/HR

ONSITE – LOCAL ONSITE CANDIDATES ONLY!

FULL-TIME | SEASONAL (3–4 MONTHS)

CornerStone Staffing is hiring compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Bilingual Disaster Relief Customer Service Representatives to assist individuals and families affected by natural disasters.

You'll help disaster survivors access important resources, register for assistance, and navigate the recovery process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking disaster assistance
• Assist callers with registration, housing assistance, and available resources
• Verify information and accurately document customer interactions
• Provide patient, professional, and compassionate customer service
• Follow established procedures while protecting confidential information

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent in English and Spanish – speaking, reading, and writing
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must successfully complete federal background and financial screenings
• Must currently reside in the Columbus, OH area
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

SCHEDULE & BENEFITS

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Seasonal assignment lasting approximately 3–4 months
• 24/7 operations with varying shifts
• Paid training lasting approximately 5–10 days
• Work Hours: 7AM–11PM EST
• Paid sick time and government holidays
• Minimum essential coverage insurance
