Elite Vinyl Windows, one of Southern California’s leading vinyl window manufacturers, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes.
- Process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with production and scheduling departments.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, orders, and delivery status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous customer service experience preferred (window or construction industry is a plus, but not required).
