What You’ll Do

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll help customers by phone, answer questions, resolve issues, and deliver excellent service in both English and Spanish.

• Handle inbound customer calls in English and Spanish
• 
  
• Assist customers with questions and account-related concerns
• 
  
• Navigate computer systems while speaking with customers
• 
  
• Accurately document customer interactions
• 
  
• Provide friendly, professional service—even in challenging situations
• 
  
• Meet daily performance and quality goals
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Fluent in English AND Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• 
  
• High school diploma or GED
• 
  
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• 
  
• Comfortable using computers and multitasking
• 
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• 
  
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• 
  
• Call center experience is a plus, but NOT required!
• 
  

Training & Schedule

• 
  
• Training begins November 30!
• 
  
• Three weeks of full-time, instructor-led training
• 
  
• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
• 
  
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential
• 
  
• Must be available for assigned shifts based on business needs, including Saturdays
• 
  
• This is a high-volume contact center with structured schedules and performance expectations
•
