Estrella Insurance is an independent agency helping families and businesses find the right personal and commercial coverage. Most of our customers speak Spanish, and we're looking for a friendly, bilingual team member to help them feel confident about their insurance.

What you'll do

• Take customer calls and answer questions in English and Spanish
• Help customers make payments and update their policies
• Prepare quotes for new and existing customers
• Reach out about renewals and cancellation notices so customers stay covered
• Walk customers through their coverage options in simple terms
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Organized, with clear communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Available for some Saturday shifts
• Customer service experience is a plus
• A Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license is a plus, but not required

Location

This is an on-site role at our office in Hollywood, FL, about 30 to 40 minutes from Kendall.
