Hupp Family Financial Inc. is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing Allstate agency. Insurance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a team that works hard and supports each other.
You will help English and Spanish speaking customers with policy questions, billing questions, policy changes, claim guidance, document requests, and general account support. You will also have the opportunity to learn the insurance industry and grow into a long term career.

Salary Range: $4000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Assist English and Spanish speaking customers by phone, email, and in person with policy questions and service needs
Help customers with billing questions, policy changes, proof of insurance, document requests, and follow up
Provide clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish
Help customers understand their coverage and connect them with the right team member when needed
Support customer retention by helping resolve concerns and providing excellent service
Document customer interactions accurately in agency systems
Work closely with the sales and service team to create a strong customer experience
Learn Allstate systems, insurance products, and agency procedures
Stay organized and follow through on daily tasks
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Customer service experience preferred
Insurance experience preferred, but not required
Strong phone and communication skills
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
Ability to build trust quickly with customers
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
Comfortable using computers, email, phone systems, and customer management tools
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
Property and Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain license if required
