BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

LOCATION: Irving, TX | HYBRID after onsite training

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18.00/hr
• Training: 3–4 weeks onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Regular schedule: Monday remote; Tuesday–Friday, 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Sunday off
• Start date:10/5/2026

ROLE IMPACT: This role is critical in delivering high-quality customer experiences for a major client. Success is measured by the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently, maintain bilingual professionalism, and uphold service standards in both English and Spanish across phone, chat, and email.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support via phone, chat, and email for customer inquiries
• Document customer interactions accurately and escalate issues when appropriate
• Follow scripted procedures and compliance protocols during all customer interactions
• Participate in training and continuous improvement sessions to maintain current product and process knowledge
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or service environment required
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Outlook
• CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
• Call routing and telephony systems
• Web-based training and communication tools
• Ticketing systems
• Microsoft Teams
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior hybrid work experience with a quiet, distraction-free home office setup
• Strong typing and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
