CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for a Mortgage Servicing Company in Carrollton

LOCATION

Carrollton, TX, very near Plano| Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $20.50/hour

• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

The Customer Service Specialist helps keep customer requests, documents, and assigned tasks moving smoothly from start to finish. This role works with customers, vendors, and internal teams to answer questions, process information, resolve issues, and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assigned customer requests, tasks, and documents through completion.

• Respond to questions and requests by phone, email, and other communication channels while providing professional customer service.

• Review incoming information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

• Work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep assignments moving forward.

• Update records, track errors, escalate concerns when needed, and assist with quality improvement efforts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years of customer service, real estate, or related experience.

• Experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, real estate, or vendor management.

• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• High school diploma, some college is preferred

• Comfortable researching information online and learning new systems and processes.
