Bilingual Customer Service
LHH Recruitment is currently hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative on behalf of a growing financial services company in Albuquerque! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and businesses, providing solutions, processing documents, and working in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. It will compensate between $20/hr-$23/hr DOE.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will communicate directly with customers and business clients while handling a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls. This position will also be responsible for document processing, reviewing information for accuracy, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, comfortable handling sensitive financial information, and able to provide excellent service.
