Job Responsibilities
Answering English/Spanish calls on the hotline
Process program applications
Data entry and handling confidentiality information
Provide reliable administrative support by assisting with data entry, documentation, handling confidential information, and office tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with company standards and protocols.
Qualifications
Proven customer service experience with friendly and professional phone presence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable with technology—especially CRM systems
Bilingual- English/Spanish
