Bilingual Concrete Laborer

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Concrete Laborer (English/Spanish) to join our team in Denver, NC. This is a hands-on position requiring individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an outdoor manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of concrete pipe and precast concrete products.
• Prepare, pour, finish, and strip concrete forms according to production specifications.
• Set up, clean, and dismantle forms, molds, and work areas.
• Operate basic construction tools, equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Handle materials, perform heavy lifting, and assist with moving finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety procedures.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect work areas and equipment, reporting any safety concerns or maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• Previous experience in concrete work, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, farming, roofing, utility work, or other outdoor labor positions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, dusty, and humid conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.
