    Enclave at Roswell is seeking a seasoned, bilingual community manager to oversee the daily operations, team performance, resident experience, and financial results of the community.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all day-to-day community operations
    • Supervise, coach, and develop the onsite team
    • Oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations, collections, and delinquency
    • Monitor occupancy, traffic, exposure, and leasing performance
    • Review financial reports, budgets, expenses, and property performance
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and control operating expenses
    • Maintain strong resident satisfaction and address concerns in a timely manner
    • Ensure work orders, maintenance needs, and property conditions are properly managed
    • Conduct regular property inspections and maintain strong curb appeal
    • Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and resident file management
    • Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, team members, regional leadership, and ownership
    • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and company policies
    • Utilize Yardi and CRM systems for property operations, reporting, leasing, and resident management

    Required qualifications:

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
    • Seasoned multifamily property management experience required
    • Previous community manager or property manager experience required
    • Strong Yardi experience required
    • Strong CRM experience required
    • Proven experience leading and developing onsite teams
    • Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, renewals, resident relations, and property operations
    • Experience reviewing budgets, financial statements, and property performance
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of property performance
    • Knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable multifamily regulations
