What You'll Do
Communicate with consumers by phone and written correspondence
Negotiate repayment solutions and payment arrangements
Research and locate consumers using phone, internet and internal resources
Verify and update demographic information
Evaluate accounts and determine appropriate resolution strategies
Maintain detailed account notes and documentation
Complete collection-related reporting and administrative tasks
Provide professional customer service while handling sensitive conversations
What We're Looking For
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to remain professional during difficult conversations
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
