What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional telephone support to our Medicare clients.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Build trust and develop lasting relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with account and policy-related needs.
• Work closely with our team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Learn the Medicare insurance industry through hands-on training.
• Prepare for future advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications


Required

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong listening skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player.

Preferred

• Experience in Medicare, health insurance, or the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
• Customer service experience in healthcare or financial services is also a plus.
