Job Description:

  • Fast paced environment supporting end investor inquiries across various account types.
    In this role you will gain general knowledge of the industry landscape of financial services, and subject matter expertise in asset movement related processes.
  • This role has direct interaction with clients and heavy interaction with other departments within the firm so you will build client relationships as well as a network of peers of the firm

Job Responsibilities

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • You will work in a collaborative environment with other team members to complete high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment and may assist and train other members of the team.
  • The specialist also interacts directly with clients via phone and email to provide support on processes and systems related to the job function.
  • You will also work on end investor mailings like historical statements & tax documents along with data entry and pulling voicemails.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Client Focus
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking as it relates to decision making pertaining to risk.
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Fast learning and able to self-teach as they grow in the role
  • Quick with a PC, typing, shortcuts, navigating screens, etc.
  • A strong work-ethic
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment, solving problems, and providing excellent client service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Operations
  • Experience in Financial
  • Bilingual (preferably Spanish)

 

Additional Information:

Duration: 6 month contract opportunity
Work Model: 4 days onsite required weekly in Lake Mary, FL
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm w/possibility of overtime
Rate Range: $20-25/hr. W2 (based on experience)
