ChiroCare of Florida is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team in Fort Lauderdale! This position combines hands-on patient assistance with administrative responsibilities in a busy healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the chiropractor with patient visits and treatment procedures.
- Perform and assist with active and passive therapies as directed by the treating chiropractor.
- Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities.
- Prepare treatment areas and assist patients throughout their visits.
- Monitor patients during treatments and communicate any concerns to the clinical team.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment areas.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check patients in and out.
- Update patient records and perform data entry and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with insurance-related administrative duties and patient documentation.
- Support daily clinic operations and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable balancing patient care and administrative duties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Previous chiropractic, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
