About the Role

The Bilingual Business Process Analyst will focus on enhancing billing processes for operations in Mexico. This role exists to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing business operations and improving overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review billing and business data to identify problems, trends, and opportunities.
• Investigate issues and determine the root cause of inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams in Mexico and the U.S. to solve problems.
• Streamline existing business processes for improved efficiency.
• Coordinate projects, tracking deadlines and progress.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings and updates effectively.
• Organize project information and documentation.
• Serve as a key contact between teams in the U.S. and Mexico.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, finance, accounting, billing, process improvement, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in working with numbers, Excel, reports, and data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing projects or deadlines.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
• Willing to travel occasionally throughout North America.
