    Are you passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being? Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinicians to join a growing team serving diverse communities throughout the Lehigh Valley.

    Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. Candidates who are bilingual in Arabic are also encouraged to apply.



    Requirements

    What You'll Do

    • Provide individual behavioral health and counseling services.

    • Support clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

    • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

    • Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team.

    • Build and maintain an active client caseload.

    What We're Looking For

    • Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field.

    • Experience working in mental health, counseling, behavioral health, or social services.

    • Strong communication and documentation skills.

    • Bilingual Spanish proficiency highly preferred.

    • FBI, Child Abuse, and State Background Clearances (current or obtained during onboarding).

    • Professional Liability Insurance may be required depending on service area.
