Are you passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being? Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Clinicians to join a growing team serving diverse communities throughout the Lehigh Valley.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. Candidates who are bilingual in Arabic are also encouraged to apply.
Provide individual behavioral health and counseling services.
Support clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team.
Build and maintain an active client caseload.
Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field.
Experience working in mental health, counseling, behavioral health, or social services.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Bilingual Spanish proficiency highly preferred.
Competitive compensation starting $35 up to $40 per clinical session.
Administrative support for scheduling, intake coordination, and client screening.
