Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist in setting up and organizing kitchen stations for efficient workflow.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Follow recipes and instructions provided by chefs and kitchen supervisors.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including equipment, surfaces, and utensils.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies and ingredients.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, stoves, mixers, and slicers.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support the kitchen team during service by plating dishes, garnishing plates, and ensuring timely food delivery to guests.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Assist in packing and transporting food items to off -site catering events as needed.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

    • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work in a fast -paced, high -volume kitchen environment.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.<\/span>

    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
