865 Autos is seeking a bilingual Automotive Salesperson to join its locally owned, veteran-owned independent used car dealership in Lenoir City. This full-time position offers commission-based compensation with stated annual earning potential of $50,000-$120,000, a weekly draw, and volume and performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales leads, walk-in customers, and phone inquiries.
Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle-buying process.
Present available vehicles, accompany customers on test drives, and clearly explain vehicle information and pricing.
Present deal numbers and help customers understand available financing information.
Work with dealership management and finance to move customer purchases through the sales process.
Maintain accurate customer notes, lead activity, and follow-up information in the dealership CRM.
Build repeat and referral business through consistent communication and customer follow-up.
Qualifications
Fluent English and Spanish communication skills are required to serve customers in both languages.
Prior automotive sales experience is preferred.
Comfortable working inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and phone inquiries.
Strong customer communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to clearly explain vehicles, pricing, and financing information.
Reliable and self-motivated approach to managing customers and sales opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
